Plastik-ifying YaKuake

Just couldn't wait any longer for the YaKuake maintainer to fix the problems I encountered during my 1st stab at making YaKuake look right. I had to finish the skin so I, at least, can use it myself.

The package with the skin is here on KDE-LOOK.org
